Can I upgrade my plan in the middle of a billing cycle?

Yes, plan upgrades are supported. If you upgrade mid-cycle, any remaining value (such as unused credits) may be adjusted toward your new plan.

How does billing work?

Plans are billed on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the option you select at checkout. Your subscription remains active for the full billing period you've paid for.

What's the difference between card and crypto payments?

For card payments, subscriptions renew automatically. You must cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged.

For crypto payments, there is no automatic renewal. You are only charged when you manually purchase or renew a plan.

What happens if a payment fails?

If a payment fails, no charge will be made. Unresolved payment issues may result in suspension or termination of service. For crypto payments, there is no automatic retry or renewal. For card payments, please ensure your billing information is up to date.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You will retain full access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

For monthly plans: Access remains until the end of the current month

For yearly plans: Access remains until the end of the current annual term

What is the refund policy?

No. We do not offer refunds. Due to the nature of our services as immediate-access digital products, all payments are final once a subscription or plan is activated.

Why is the refund policy strict?
